Unlike generic AI chatbots that serve millions of users with the same responses, your PRSN works exclusively for you. Key differences include:

• Memory: PRSNs can remember, or not remember (based on requirements) your past conversations, projects, and preferences through PEX Memory
• Dedication: Your PRSN works with you alone; it does not serve other users
• Privacy: Your data is not used to train other PRSNs, nor is it shared with third parties
• Specialization: PRSNs are prepared for specific roles (HR, research, personal assistant, etc.)
• Continuity: PRSNs can build expertise and understanding over time, not starting from zero each session

Yes! You can work with multiple PRSNs simultaneously. For example, you might have a Personal Assistant PRSN, an HR Support PRSN, and a Research PRSN all working for you on different projects. Pex Comm lets you coordinate with many PRSNs from one interface.

Absolutely. Every interaction with your PRSN is encrypted end-to-end. Your data is never used to train our models, never sold to third parties, and never shared without your explicit permission. We architect our systems with zero-knowledge principles, so we literally can't access your PRSN's memory even if we wanted to.

You choose! Entry Level PRSNs may use secure cloud hosting with PRSN EX employing industry-leading security standards. Advanced PRSNs offer additional options including on-premise deployment or hybrid solutions. Your data sovereignty is non-negotiable. You decide where it lives.

No. Never. Your conversations with your PRSN are yours alone. We don't use them to train models (i.e. other PRSNs), improve our systems, or for any other purpose. Your communications and data shared with PRSNs you work with belongs to you, full stop.

Getting started is straightforward:

1. Browse our Entry Level or Advanced PRSNs 2. Select the PRSN that fits your needs (or request a custom one) 3. We'll configure your PRSN with your context and preferences 4. We organize an instance of Pex Comm for your devices 5. Start collaborating!

Entry Level PRSNs typically take 1 - 2 days for onboarding. Advanced PRSNs take 1 - 2 weeks due to enhanced customization and security configuration. Custom PRSNs vary based on requirements.

Pex Comm works on iOS, Android, Windows, macOS, and Linux. You can communicate with PRSNs on your team from your phone, tablet, desktop, or laptop with complete continuity across all devices - just as you would with other persons on your team.

You communicate with your PRSNs through Pex Comm, our secure platform available on mobile (iOS and Android), desktop (Windows, macOS, Linux), and web. Just like messaging a human colleague, you can:

• Send text messages
• Share files and documents
• Collaborate on projects
• Use voice communication (coming soon)

All your conversations sync seamlessly across your devices with end-to-end encryption, so you can start a conversation on your phone and continue it on your desktop with complete continuity. Your PRSN remembers key information through PEX Memory, ensuring context is maintained.

For cloud and hybrid PRSNs, Pex Comm provides offline access to recent conversations, but requires internet connectivity for real-time PRSN interactions. When you reconnect, everything syncs automatically across your devices. Where a PRSN is housed on your premises with you, you can work directly with that PRSN without internet access.
